Coral View Beach Resort is a budget backpacker establishments in the northern Yasawas on a poor section of beach, popular amongst young backpackers with a lively sometimes rowdy atmosphere at night. Service is poor and guests pay for everything extra, including water. The island can be walked around in an hour - there's another two accommodation properties on the island so this is a place for meeting people rather than feeling you're on an uninhabited remote island.

Accommodation is in either a large mixed dormitory with double bunk beds, in private thatch bungalows with shared bathroom facilities or in tin roofed bures with en-suite bathroom (cold water only) . All accommodation is set in the gardens amongst coconut trees overlooking a stone wall which fronts the beach. At high tide, the water comes right up to the wall and only when the tide retreats is there a beach to enjoy.

The large restaurant and lounge area is set overlooking the beach. The resort has its own generator to provide electricity in the morning and evenings only.

Westside Watersports nearby offers PADI scuba diving courses. There are also kayaks for hire and a privately run massage hut along the beach. The island has several walking tracks along its grassy hills that make pleasant sunrise and sunset vistas over the neighbouring islands.
