Volivoli Beach Resort is set on the very northern point of Viti Levu about ten minutes drive from Rakiraki Town. There's no beachfront infront of the resort, but one minute walk along the mangrove walkway leads to Volivoli Point, a picturesque sand spit with small beach at low tide. There's a volleyball court, kayaks for hire, good snorkelling off the point and exceptional scuba diving in the Vatu-i-Ra Passage, 40-minutes by dive boat.

This new budget resort set on the hill has eight dormitory rooms, each with eight beds, all with individual lockers and each dorm room having two ensuite hot water showers and toilets. There's a communal kitchen for self catering if required. The lodge rooms are set slightly higher up in the hills with lovely ocean views and are simply furnished with a double bed and small ensuite bathroom.
